We have reserved a special time for you to allow for optimal consultation, treatment and relaxation. We understand circumstances change and emergencies occur. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we request that you provide 24 hour notice. There will be a $100 dollar fee charged for no-show or non-emergent cancellations and you will be required to pre-pay a non-refundable deposit of half the scheduled treatment cost prior to rescheduling your next appointment.
It is expected that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. New clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time to complete required paperwork. Established clients should arrive 5 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will be accommodated for scheduled treatment if remaining time allows. This is at the discretion of the provider. A $100 fee will be charged for the missed appointment.
Cell Phone Use
Please honor the environment of tranquility and relaxation by silencing your cell phone during your visit.
Treatment and package prices do not include gratuity. While very much appreciated, gratuity for services rendered is not required. It is solely at the discretion of the client. Traditional spa/treatment gratuity is 15-20%.
Full payment is expected at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards, as well as cash. Checks will be accepted with appropriate identification. A $50 returned check fee will apply.
Products may only be returned if defective or if a documented adverse reaction occurs. You will receive boutique credit, however there are NO CASH REFUNDS. Return must be completed within 7 days of purchase. Unused product must accompany return.
Certificates are available for purchase and are valid for any product or treatment offered at the boutique. They are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash. Certificates expire after one year from date of purchase.
Only one discount or promotion may be applied per treatment.
What should I tell my treatment provider?
It is not only your right, but your responsibility to communicate openly and honestly with the provider regarding any special expectations, personal preferences, disability/allergy/health condition or other limitations that you may have. This facilitates an optimal experience that is safe and enjoyable. Failure to do so may result in adverse outcomes.
General Boutique and Procedure Etiquette
For Injectable procedures, please arrive at your scheduled time with a clean/make-up free face. This maximizes your appointment time and reduces incidence of post procedure infection.
Due to limited space and in an effort to maintain a tranquil environment, we request that visitors/companions remain in the lobby while you receive your treatment.
Recording or video devices are strictly prohibited in the boutique.
Services will be refused to clients who arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This will constitute a missed appointment and incur $100 fee.
Please avoid smoking in or around the premises.
Please refrain from bringing food or drink into the treatment area.
All services, fees, and policies are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone whom we do not deem physically stable or emotionally sound for aesthetic treatments/procedures.
Your privacy is paramount. However, please understand that we do take before/after photos for every procedure to document treatment efficacy and progress. These are strictly confidential. Some photos may be selected for advertising purposes on our website or written paraphernalia, however your written consent is required prior to using any photo for advertising purposes.
The minimum age for injectable or chemical based procedures/peels is 18 years old.
Pregnant or lactating women are not candidates for injectable or chemical treatments provided at the boutique. Please notify us if you think you may be pregnant, or are considering conception.
